Your Wild Yoga
Our founder Gracy has created this teaching style to be uniquely tailored to the needs of how to feel and heal yourself. This integrates yoga asanas, breathwork, coaching and fancy beats as part of the holistic technique.
The Vinyasa class allows you to dive deeper into that dynamic Yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body.
The Yin class is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Here we focus on deepen the and holding the asanas for a couple of breaths and learn to find the edge. Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
