The Your Wild Yoga Academy provides a 3 week life-changing experience with highly experienced teachers in all the subjects, located in the most beautiful surroundings. You will learn the traditional approach of Hatha Yoga and flowing Vinyasa, the art of harmonious sequencing, and save adjustments for different levels.

Your Wild Yoga is all about awakening a deeper understanding of yoga, so you won’t only dive into a strong Asana practice, but also study philosophy to understand the true meaning of yoga, Kriya (yogic cleansing), Dhyan (meditation), pranayama (Yogic breathing technique), anatomy, sound healing , tantra, and Mantra Chanting on a daily basis.

YWY designed this intense program to prepare the students to teach Yoga classes with confidence and passion. But also if you want to join the Your Wild Yoga community for self-experience, this course is a wonderful opportunity to step out of your daily life`s routine and open yourself for a full self-transformation.

Syllabus at Your Wild Yoga:

Kriya - Yogic cleansing techniques
The students will learn different types of classical Kriyas both for beginners and advanced. Practice will be in the morning directly after waking up. After receiving instructions practice has to be done by oneself.
Meditation
Gracy and Eva are both highly experienced meditation teachers and teach various methods at the YWY Academy. Step by step the students will go from concentration practices to deeper methods of meditation and will experience the effects of meditation during this course.

Asanas / Alignment
With the daily morning asana practice the students strengthen the body and the mind, tone muscles and improve flexibility. Here you learn how to sequence your class harmoniously including many variations for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. In the daily afternoon asana lab we introduce you to various adjustment techniques of all the asanas practiced in the morning classes. The students will learn how to adjust beginners, intermediates, and advanced practitioners safely and learn how to protect the body with asana practice.

Anatomy
Discover the miracle of the human anatomy. 20 hours will be transmitted through an online course before the YTT starts. The qualified teacher explains the connection of Asanas and body functioning.
These classes will be taught online and will be repeated and explained offline at the YTT.

Tantra
Non-dual Tantra introduces into perception of reality from the original aspect of Consciousness known as Shiva and the role of Shakti as the source of energy which manifests and operates in this world through different forms. Deeper understanding of these universal forces of the Nature leads to reveal of our inherent potential and consequentially to greater fulfillment in our life.
Sound Healing
The great power of sound
Experience the healing powers of different sounds and instruments. Learn about energies, frequencies and the usage of instruments in your Yoga classes.
Ceremonies
Special highlights will be our ceremonies and workshops to learn more about yourself and to understand the connection of all beings.
Mantra Chanting / Evening Programme
The students will be chanting various Vedic Mantras in the evenings. Alternatively, there will be ceremonies.

Exams
There will be a philosophy exam, anatomy/Ayurveda exam, and one practical exam at the end of the course. All exams must be passed in order to receive the certificate of 200 hours RYT Yoga Alliance.
